The second successful flyout today saw the whole SFC fleet depart to Wickenby, with 7 souls aboard, for a bacon buttie. The return, into the teeth of a gale, was challenging but well coped with by all the pilots, including four student pilots
The next flyout will be Saturday 20th July when Paul and Ian will again lead the fleet to yet another destination for that great British tradition, a bacon buttie!
The format is that we meet at 8.30 am, leave at 9.00 am and go to an airfield about 30 to 40 miles away, land and then return by 12.00 pm allowing up to 6 pilots to fly a leg and visit an airfield that they may not have been to before.
If you wish to join us on the 20thJuly please put your name down on the bookings sheets in the club house.
